Recently we renewed the design of our ECONO 1-module spiral freezer. The design is now based on a direct driven belt system. The advantages of the direct drive create a system that guarantees a 98% productivity. The range is extended with new models, that have a broader range of capacity. The ECONO 1-module spiral freeezer, which can freeze every kind of product to a temperature of -18 degrees Celsius is a perfect solution for freezing smaller amounts. The ECONO 1-module spiral freezer has a capacity from 250 kg/h to 1.500 kg/h, while the ‘regular’ version has a capacity from 1.000 kg/h. Another difference is that the ECONO 1-module spiral freezer needs less energy and is therefore a more sustainable choice.

Whether you choose the ECONO 1-module spiral freezer or its ‘regular’ bigger brother, both systems are always custom-made. We will consult our clients and discuss wishes and requirements, such as the available space and capacity. This way, we always create a system that works for our clients.

$ 1. Because it is a modular system, we can build the complete unit in our factory in the Netherlands. This means that installation time is reduced to an absolute minimum.
$ 2. Thanks to our unique horizontal airflow design it is possible to maintain the same air temperature and air speed through all tiers. This reduces weight loss and guarantees a higher yield.
$ 3. Also, the horizontal airflow design minimizes the retention time for the products that are to be frozen.
$ 4. Our system does not need a concrete base or floor heating system, which saves installation time and money.
$ 5. An automatic Cleaning In Place (CIP) system guarantees an optimum cleaning result for the complete spiral system.
$ 6. All bearings and drives are placed outside the unit. This increases the hygiene level and simplifies maintenance.
$ 7. Our ECONO 1-module spiral freezers require smaller footprints.
$ 8. It is very easy to relocate this freezer. Simply disconnect the services to the system, move it and then reconnect it.
